Evens is such a wonderful person to work with! I found his business online and he was the most reasonable quote I received. He answered my very first phone call and scheduled to come the next day! To remove a groundhog, other companies were charging an arm an a leg! Evens did honest work and did not take advantage of the emergent need!

We had 4 groundhogs in our backyard. He did Groundhog trapping and removal and ant control. He was so patient with those 4 groundhogs and came back 4 times, as soon as a groundhog was trapped! I’m glad we found Evens. He is so reliable and easy to work with! I would confidently recommend him to anybody!

I highly recommend Universal Pest Control. I recently used their services when I noticed mice droppings on my deck and in my linen closet. Evens did a thorough check of my home - indoors and outdoors - and recommended a plan of service, giving me two options. He returned a few days later for the initial treatment, and since that time he has returned twice (in 3-week intervals) for check-ups. Evens was prompt, professional, and courteous. And my mice issue is resolved. However, I did sign up for a 3-month check-up. Universal Pest Control is worth every penny!

Universal Pest Control is a summer saver!! My yard was infested with mosquitoes and spotted lanternfly, I couldn’t step outside without being attacked by mosquitoes. Universal Pest Control came by to checked the place out and didn’t just gave me quote, this gentleman actually took his time to explain to me how they treat everything and how their products works. He also gave me some insights on how to prevent further infestation. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff not to mention great price.

"These guys are incredibly pleasant and helpful and they won't waste your time."

I have now used this service twice, and have been very impressed both times. Both visits were on time, efficient, and good value. First, Evens came in to remove a large hornet's nest from my back wall. He did this quickly and safely. During that visit he also sent a drone up to inspect my roof, as I'd been hearing animal sounds in an inaccessible part of the attic. He quickly identified several places where birds or squirrels could get into the roof. We arranged a separate visit for his team to seal off the entry points and check the roof and foundations for any other gaps. I was really impressed by these arrangements, which were both sensible and humane. They usually plan two visits - first, to install a one-way exit so that any animals trapped in the roof can escape, then a return trip to seal the gap. In the end, however, we only needed one visit, as the team was able to persuade the birds hiding in my attic to move out! After the birds left, the team sealed everything up, then went around the house checking for other gaps to rodent-proof the house. I'm very satisfied with the results. These guys are incredibly pleasant and helpful and they won't waste your time. Once on site, they know exactly what to look for and each time they did the job beyond spec. I won't hesitate to call Evens any time I need pest control services, and I would warmly recommend the service to others.
